About the EJF
We are a not-for-profit organization established under Belgian law, with a registered office in Brussels. Our members are major international companies and organizations that want to see improved Consumer Redress, but without the need for litigation. In addition, a network of leading European law firms proides information about national legislative activity and helps us reach national governments when are need to talk to them.

EJF develops expert papers on redress and advocates those positions to national and EU government.
