The EU has commenced the process of harmonisation of civil procedure rules of its Member States – as part of the policy of Judicial Cooperation in Civil and Commercial Matters.
Civil procedure is undergoing significant reforms across the World (see for instance - Woolf Reforms in the UK) - this website monitors developments: particularly those related to collective actions, the use of ADR, and costs of litigation.
