European Justice Forum

the European Consumer Centres Network - a network of bodies providing advice and assistance on consumer rights and means of obtaining redress, especially with regard to cross-border issues. The Network is a product of a merger of two earlier networks of consumer advice bodies: European Consumer Centres (Euroguichets) – consumer advisory bodies, and the European Extra-Judicial Network (EEJ Net) which assisted consumers in resolving disputes using ADR mechanisms. The ECC Net cooperates with other EU-wide networks: FIN Net, Solvit, and the European Judicial Network in Civil and Commercial Matters.
